Refund Policy
1. General
1.1 For any plan, a full refund will be issued if US Digi App could not resolve the issue on application developed or if US Digi App could not fix the bugs. Confirmation email will decide the satisfaction level of the Client.
1.2 Although we have 7 days of fair refund policy if Client is not satified.
1.3 US Digi App reserves the right to refuse or put a hold on 100% refund in any of the following cases: if Client is found trying to misguide, provides false information, claims for refund on perfect running App
1.4 US Digi App also reserves the right to offer 50% refund if Client claims after half of the issues are already fixed by US Digi App(Applicable with 7 or upto 30 days of plan)
1.5 All refund policies can be altered if required without any prior notice,

2. Cancellation and Termination:
2.1 You are responsible for properly canceling your account within 2 days. An email or a phone call is required from your side to raise such request. A confirmation email from US Digi App will be send to you to confirm the same.
2.2 Whatever your data stored with us will instantly be move from active servers. We may store your data with us for any future use.
2.3 US Digi App will not charge your account from the date you will raise such request.
2.4 US Digi App, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service on App.
2.5 Any change in original code of developed app may result in termination of Client’s app support from USA Digi App.
2.6 US Digi App reserves the right to refuse support service for Mobile App if found misuse of app or found misguiding our support agent.
2.2 Whatever your data stored with us will instantly be move from active servers. We may store your data with us for any future use.
2.3 US Digi App will not charge your account from the date you will raise such request.
2.4 US Digi App, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service on App.
2.5 Any change in original code of developed app may result in termination of Client’s app support from USA Digi App.
2.6 US Digi App reserves the right to refuse support service for Mobile App if found misuse of app or found misguiding our support agent.
3. Chargeback policy
3.1 In case if a client files a chargeback after getting the App ready prior to raising a request for a refund then client won't be eligible to get the refund from US Digi App.
